1) Download and run HijackThis from http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis

2) Post the log, I (or other qualified hijackthis log analisyts) will analyze the log, and tell you anything.

3) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from http://malwarebytes.org/mbam.php **DO NOT INSTALL YET**

4) Download SUPERAntispyware from http://www.superantispyware.com/ **DO NOT INSTALL YET**

5) Wait for reply on topic.

BASIC STEPS FOR PREVENTION OF SCUMWARE:
1) DO NOT use file sharing sofware, such as torrents, Limewire, Frostwire, as they are easy ways to get them
2) If you do anyways, DO NOT DOWNLAOD .EXE, .ZIP, or .RAR
3) Have an antivirus that updates often, my recommendation is Avira AntiVir
4) Have an active Anti-Spyware that Updates often. My recommendation is SUPERAntispyware
5) Have an Active Firewall, I recommend ZoneAlarm Free Firewall : But Windows Firewall is fine (just very lowly recommended for XP)
6) A really good All around Anti Malware that removes all. My recommendation is MalwareBytes' Anti Malware
7) Use Firefox Web Browser, with NoScript addon (at least).
Cool Follow Basic Safety Steps & Routines, READ ALL popup boxes having to do with web browser security ALSO.
