Trojan? Need help!

My computer has been recently infected by a Trojan, by the name of.

Code:

TROJ.PAKES.ID

Is there anyhelp on how to get rid of this?
Its driving me insaaane!

Its causing my internet to lag every now and then.
And is attempting to load a 'Suspicious Site' every 5 min.
